We recommed that children learn to ride off-road motorcycles or ATVs from a professional.
We have taught thousands of children how to ride in half-hour fun rides which emphasize
safety.
We teach children as young as six years of age (or younger, if the child is very good
at riding a bicycle). Our
Tips from the Pros page
has a section on Motorcycles and Children. Please read it to help you decide whether
the time is right for you child to train with us.
Our minibikes and ATVs are equipped with power-governing features: children start out on
throttle-restricted vehicles that allow technique to be mastered before speed is added on.
For the little ones, we have half-hour, two-hour, and half-day lessons, as
off-road riding is physically demanding and a full-day course may be too much for the
novice youngster.
We also offer week-long, summer motocross camps at the Ontario Camp for the Deaf,
near Parry Sound, Ontario. Please consult our
Motorcycle & ATV Summer Camps for more information
on our summer camps.
